The Job :

  • Manage the butcher team and control yield rate of products
  • Improve team accuracy in meat cutting and production efficiency
  • Hygiene management of meat production area
  • Optimize meat production flow and improve efficiency
  • The Person :

  • Able to handle basic clerical work and word processing
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in meat industry
  • In-depth meat knowledge in various cuts and usage of pork, beef, lamb and chicken
  • Excellent meat cutting skills (Western or Japanese cutting techniques preferred)
  • Good team management skills
  • Able to guide butchers of various experience levels to improve on meat cutting
