POSITION SUMMARY :
Assist the full cycle production process to ensure maximum process efficiency while delivering optimum creative solutions for internal and external partners.
Responsible for the production quality, cost, value and final delivery of all project executions across all media channels.
Also guide and support allocation of talent and creative resources on all projects and develop system of continuous improvement of best practices to ensure maximum utilization of resources, both internal and external.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :
Production and communication :
Support Content Creation team to set strategies surrounding workflow procedures and quality control.
Ensure project briefs & creative direction are clear and comprehensive enough to colleagues or the execution team to deliver holistic creative materials with our brand vision towards the seasonal strategy.
Involve all phases of pre-production and post production.
Review of all ad campaigns with appropriate licensees and monitor feedback to CKI with PR / Marketing teams.
Establish and maintain uniform and efficient methods, procedures and policies for the handling of all creative and production affairs.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Calendar owner :
Own the content planning calendar for all the assets.
Make sure we have enough capacity and resources to deliver project on time and on brand.
Manage, liaise and monitor the timelines, budget and goals of all creative content projects with branding, marketing & e-commerce team in setting briefs and delivery of the final assets effectively.
Ensure all mechanicals, artworks, retouching on all creative produced on time with high quality and on brand.
Ability to tell interesting, purposeful and meaningful stories guided by consumers, fashion industry insights and structured thinking.
Create stories that integrating our products in context in ways to make them more relevant, accessible, conveyable and stylish.
Proactively bring innovative new 365 ideas across multiple projects or platforms, explore growth opportunities and engage new consumers.
Liaise with global & regional creative teams to ensure global standards along with Asia market needs.
Assist Integrated Art Director to create project briefs and visual treatment for marketing materials, campaigns, look books, video content and multiple projects.
e.g., mood boards,mock-ups, brand communication related decks).
Familiar with contents on digital social media and e-commerce platforms; WeChat, Weibo, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, Instagram etc.
Understand trends, technology skills, user preferences in different social platforms across all Asia markets in order to deliver matched directives to merge innovation, brand exploration and product storytelling with smart creativity.
Research potential new vendors and develop vetting process to review them.
Provide potential photographer / videographer regularly and review together with team.
Strong network of different creative talents / narrative storyteller, build and maintain relationships with agencies / production house.

Occasional late hours and weekend work could be required depending on seasonal concepts and specific project needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
At least 8-10+ years in creative fashion / on-set photo shoot experience
A clear understanding of the company's merchandising / design function and needs.
Passionate and open-minded about the creative process, adding insight and value to creative projects as they move through to execution.
Strong network within relevant talents (e.g. model agencies, photographers, fashion stylists, hair / makeup stylists, event production etc.)
Experience of production industries in APAC.
Strong experience with budgeting and negotiating process.
Knowledge / passion for fashion brands is a requirement.
Editorial background is appreciated. ( Mandatory )
Degree / Certification in Journalism / Project Management / creative / advertising or proven work experience equivalent.
Ability to work independently, and / or partnering with global, regional, and local teams
Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines in a demanding environment
Effective communicator who can articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback
Excellent communication skills : Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
