    Position Purpose

    Compliance being an independent group function, we are covering multiple Business lines (eg Transaction Banking, Financial Markets, Security Services, Wealth Management) across 12 territories in APAC.

    The project manager will manage various Compliance projects in order to improve the bank framework and meet evolving business and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    Direct Responsibilities

    Project Management

  • Prepare project documents (e.g. Kick-Off, Roadmap, Status updates, RAID log, Steering committees, Gap Analysis )
  • Define and propose TOM
  • Stakeholder Management (e.g. UAT Coordination)
  • Project Coordination with Compliance and others central teams
  • Coordination of administrative milestones (e.g. OMC, SLAs, Regulatory approval)
  • Business Analysis

  • Requirements Gathering (eg Drafting of BRD)
  • Design efficient tool workflows
  • Contribute to digital initiatives
  • Contributing Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Permanent Control framework
  • Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience of which at least 3+ years in project management
  • Experience with managing stakeholders across seniority, cultures and geographies
  • Knowledgeable of Compliance area will be an advantage
  • Ability to proactively and assertively communicate to project stakeholders where required
  • Natural empathy skills required in order to be able to communicate, negotiate, and interact with stakeholders
  • Strong business and analytical skills
  • Past experience working with vendors solutions (Eg AML, Filtering or workflow tools)
  • Specific Qualifications (if required)

  • Project management certifications (eg Agile) will be an advantage
  • Compliance certification (eg ACAMS)
