    Dynamic of the role :

    An exciting role has presented itself within TransUnion’s growing business. You will be supporting the Sales and business development ( BD ) team in Hong Kong.

    You will be working with Marketing / Sales / BD teams to generate sales leads; communicating with clients, and different teams in TU HK to facilitate deal closing, and to assist on aftersales processes.

    What You'll Bring :

  • Bachelors’ degree holder
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales department
  • Experience in using Salesforce for pipeline and lead management is a must
  • Experience in sales and call center as telephone sales is a plus
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Detailed minded and ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong communication skills with clients and different departments in the business
  • Well versed in MS PowerPoint, Excel and SalesForce
  • Impact You'll Make : Before Sales

    Before Sales

  • Project illuminate on lead generation. Various channels receive customer enquiries, i.e marketing campaign, customer inputs at TU SalesForce platform, etc.
  • You will act as inside sales, using corporate project illuminate Salesforce tool to manage all enquiries from various sources.

    Initiative response to all enquiry, filter and identify the opportunities and build those standard solutions into pipeline at Salesforce and transfer leads to applicable sales associates for follow up.

  • Partner with marketing on ad hoc marketing program, keep track opportunities development and measure the success.
  • Make outbound calls as requested by your manager to qualify business needs and to upsell solutions.
  • Be a SalesForce champion to work with Marketing team to manage sales leads and pipelines
  • Partner with Sales and BD to meet clients virtually, prepare contract draft for internal contract approval.
  • Assist Sales / BD team to prepare various types of business proposals and RFP responses
  • Post Sales and other responsibilities

  • Assist Sales / BD team to complete internal signing procedures.
  • Line up internal stakeholders for post-sales alignment meetings, make sure implementation is on track and according to contract requirement
  • Follow up with the 90 days+ overdue clients on AR, work with Finance and MES team to expedite the collection
  • Ensures seamless internal communication and in charge of sales process and work improvement projects

  • Undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department
  • Exert attention to detail and report problems as necessary
  • Manage Sales Shared Service documents database
