The Department

Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for the wagering business for The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

The Division drives the wagering business results of Racing, Football and Mark 6 lottery via product marketing, CRM, digital and operational functions.

The ultimate aim is to provide the customers with an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable gaming demand channeling (from illegal sources) in a responsible manner.

You will

  • provide quality and efficient customer services to guests
  • proactively resolve customer enquiries including racing and betting information, racecourse facilities and direction guidance to all locations within racecourse
  • handle table reservation, escorting services to members and guests, issuance of admission badges and parking labels
  • assist in advance table booking and sales of merchandise at designated locations
  • reinforce Club’s policies (e.g. dress code monitoring and location access control)

    You should have

  • HKCEE / DSE or above
  • solid working experience in customer service
  • mature and independent personality with stable job history
  • good communication and presentation skills in spoken English or Mandarin
  • knowledge in racing and betting is an advantage

    Terms of Employment

    Pay-rate : HK$77 per hour

    Shift Hour *

  • C : 2 : 00 pm - 12 : 00 midnight (Wed)
  • 10 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm (Sat / Sun / Public Holidays)

  • E : 4 : 00 pm - 12 : 00 midnight (Wed)
  • 10 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm (Sat / Sun / Public Holidays)

  • Average 5-9 working hours per day and 2 working days per week
