You will :
assist the Racing Facilities Manager in providing professional advice to operator enquiries regarding alteration & renovations of existing facilities and construction of new facilities to support the Club's business objectives
be responsible for management of design & supervision of building works, new build and A&A works to Consultants and Contractors
monitor the site work to ensure quality of work meets users’ expectation and Company’s standard
support annual planning activities such as asset reviews, budgeting and forecast of energy consumption and CAPEX recommendations
work with other stakeholders to drive the departmental sustainability works and performance
prepare regular facilities management and energy reports
be a team leader of operation teams to support the smooth running of race day operations and perform race meeting duty, if required
You should have :
a Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering; or related studies
a minimum of 5 years working experience in building services / E&M engineering / air conditioning related
solid experience in managing energy conservation projects is highly preferable
knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations
proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel
AutoCAD knowledge, will be an advantage
good interpersonal and communication skills
well organized and able to work independently
