Leading venture platform covering different investors


  • Direct sales to institutional asset owners (including asset managers, family offices, pension funds and insurance companies)
  • Build partnerships with private banks, financial intermediaries, wealth managers and other distributors, through to their end clients
  • Develop and scale sell-side partnerships with venture capital funds, institutional investors and other channels
  • Develop direct origination channels with companies to support their primary fundraising and secondary liquidity needs on behalf of their shareholders
  • Profile

  • Proactively supporting business development efforts around new client acquisition, profiling and understanding client need, including providing regular update on the deals pipeline and the business opportunities identified
  • Lead as a core part of executive team to lead business strategy decisions, streamline internal operations and drive future business growth and developments
  • Observe the highest standard of compliance with HK rules and regulator's requirements, actively liaise with internal functions to work within a strong control framework with robust processes to mitigate risk
  • Act as Responsible Officer & MIC to supervise SFC Type 1 & 9 regulated activities and ensure daily operations in compliance with SFC regulations and risk control along with firm's other responsible officers - preferred but not mandatory
  • Speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
