Description

  • Performroutine administrative duties and provide operational support to
  • corporate clients ;
  • Assist inhandling customer service enquiries and perform data entry and
  • documentpreparation and to meet customers’ expectation ;
  • Control thequality of output by checking ;
  • Report ISsecurity incidents to IS Security according to AXA GI / CR company
  • procedures ;
  • Prepare theManagement and Financial reports ;
  • Provide support toAssistant Manager / Manager on the project of Employee
  • Be a coach totrain up the EB staff’s technical skills ;
  • Provide salessupport to distribution channels and quality inquiry to internal
  • departments ;
  • Ensure qualitywork output and accuracy.
  • Qualifications

  • University degreeof any discipline
  • At least 3-4years experience in Employee Benefits field or administrative
  • experience,preferably in service industry or sizeable organization

  • Sound knowledgeof Group Medical & Life products
  • Solid experience in handling Group Medical insurance administration
  • Good cusomter servicemidset
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skillsincludding Word and Excel
  • Good command of bothspoken and written English and Chinese
