To accelerate our business expansion in the Greater China region, we are currently looking for a

Vice President / Assistant Vice President, Fund Operations

to join our team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the full cycle of fund operation matters to provide tailor-made solutions for the company and our clients.
  • Responsible for managing a small regional team.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to set up fund structures and accounts and provide corresponding fund maintenance service.
  • Conduct corresponding KYC and compliance procedures required at company and fund levels.
  • Key person in facilitating the process of fund subscription, project investment, and redemption.
  • Documentation and book keeping of relevant data and documents.
  • Participate in any relevant and ad-hoc project(s) as required.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree or above with minimum 6-8 years’ relevant working experience in fund industry, with good knowledge in fund operation & administration.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position.

  • Experience in Cayman Fund / Singapore VCC / Hong Kong LPF / PE Fund operation will be a big plus.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Team player with flexible mindset and good interpersonal skills.
