Duties
Reporting to the senior management of the University, the appointee will play a leading role in overseeing the planning and construction of the University’s new capital projects, e.
and perform any other assignments.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture / Building Construction Management / Building Engineering or related disciplines and full membership of HKIA / HKIE / similar professional bodies, with a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as Green Card ), and at least 20 years’ hands-on experience in leading large scale civil or building projects in Hong Kong.
As a senior member of the Office, the appointee is expected to be self-motivated for performance enhancement, with proven management and leadership ability to complete tasks within tight project schedules.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and good analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
Substantial experience in higher education institutions and / or experience in managing government subvention projects, and ability to use AutoCAD and Revit are preferred.
