Overview
This intern shall participate in projects with the exposure to the Global Capacity Management (GCM) processes such as allocation, Airway Bill (AWB) data, Aircraft specification and analysis.
Responsibilities
Review the current processes, understand how different data sources comes together to become current reports
Gather data, perform analysis and produce reporting that best suitable to business needs
Process forms and work on both soft and hard copies of file management
Collect and write up user requirements, create process definitions and documentation
Datamining to extract insights from the sea of data
Manage data integrity of Cargo Spot and Tableau
Qualifications
Current enrollment in universities, year 2 or above in any discipline. Major in science, social science, supply chain management or business related field would be preferred
Any other internship experience would be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, VBA experience preferred. MS Access is a plus.
Excellent written and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Energetic and flexibility to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well alone and with others
Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
