Position Summary

With direction from the PRA Manufacturing Director, the role is responsible for planning and coordinating all technical activities within PR Operations ecosystem necessary to support PR Asia Innovation Hub projects, from ideation to realization, interacting with internal and external partners, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.

The role also feeds the Innovation Hub with technical ideas, solutions & opportunities to turn concepts into viable industrial solutions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify technical needs required by Innovation Hub projects and recommend allocation of development and manufacturing activities to maximize efficiency in the execution and delivery
  • Ensure that each innovation project gets a PR Technical Research and Innovation (R&I) resource, right from the beginning
  • Engage with HQ Technical Coordinators and R&I teams involved or in charge of technical activities, ensuring to leverage and capitalise on PR technical expertise
  • Coordinate initial risk & feasibility assessments with the relevant stakeholders, and recommend mitigation or alternative plans as needed
  • Ensure that technical solutions are compliant, sustainable, at the right cost & quality levels aligned to Group policies and applicable regulations
  • Develop and manage detailed schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and adapt work as required, ensuring technical activities meet deadlines within budget
  • Provide periodic and timely updates on a consistent basis to the various stakeholders about progress, adjustments, risks and opportunities
  • Ensure technical solutions and learnings are captured, documented and shared with the Group through the various Technical Networks (TechNets)
  • Skills / Qualifications / Experience :


  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as a senior role in manufacturing, engineering or other relevant operations background
  • Project management skills with ability to manage simultaneous initiatives
  • Solid Knowledge or experience on NPD in FMGC industry
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Risk management tools, problem solving techniques and management systems
  • Strong analysis & synthesis skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Interpersonal

  • Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • High sense of urgency, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English
