The Role :
The provision of customer support to new and existing Randox Toxicology and Randox Food Diagnostic customers in a timely manner
Troubleshooting of customer queries
The provision of product training, information, and advice via email, telephone, face-to-face and over various media platforms (e.
g. Whatapp, Wechat, Kakao Talk, Lines)
Developing good lines of communication withing and between inter-dependent departments
Conducting reviews analysis of performance data and comparative studies
The Candidate : Essential :
At least a Bachelor level degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, or a Life Science related discipline.
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Confidence dealing with customers.
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Advanced IT skills.
Ability to work to strict timeframes and meet deadlines.
Previous experience with manual assays.
A valid driving license
Additional languages (Cantonese and / or Korean preferable)
