The Role :

  • The provision of customer support to new and existing Randox Toxicology and Randox Food Diagnostic customers in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting of customer queries
  • The provision of product training, information, and advice via email, telephone, face-to-face and over various media platforms (e.
  • g. Whatapp, Wechat, Kakao Talk, Lines)

  • Developing good lines of communication withing and between inter-dependent departments
  • Conducting reviews analysis of performance data and comparative studies
  • The Candidate : Essential :

    Essential :

  • At least a Bachelor level degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, or a Life Science related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Confidence dealing with customers.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Ability to work to strict timeframes and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable :

  • Previous experience with manual assays.
  • A valid driving license
  • Additional languages (Cantonese and / or Korean preferable)
