This role is a direct report to the Regional Education Manager, Travel Retail, Fresh and is responsible for leading the training for all travel retail Hong Kong & Macau doors, equipping Fresh Beauty Advisors and generic staffs with the necessary brand skill sets.
This role also drive sales through people and work closely with the sales team. This person manages education related administrative activities in partnership with Sales & Education Coordinator, Travel Retail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Primary Responsibilities
Educate Beauty Advisors by providing them with the product knowledge, sales skills and customer service necessary to meet productivity goals and service standards.
Drive sales through education and people
Execute classroom trainings and field coaching
2. In-Store Coaching
On-Board new Fresh FA and introduce them to the Brand and selling expectations
Drive FA to achieve Brand Geo expectations in sell out
Develop personal development plan for each FA to enhance their IPT and ADT
Inspires, empowers and act as a role model, coaching FA behaviors that drive sales objectives and brand equity.
Effectively present or facilitate Generic Staff trainings incorporating the principles of Adult Learning Principles (i.
e. make it fun, energetic, inspirational and results orientated).
Execute seminars and all education programs to achieve desired business results. Teaches FA of varying levels on product knowledge and behaviors to enable them to consistently achieve and exceed Sales and Service Expectations.
Set up the Training room in readiness for training, ensuring brand standards and philosophy
Provide feedback to Regional Education Manager regarding trainings, products, development needs and competitive activities.
Monitor training supplies (testers / saleable product) to ensure adequate levels of stock.
Invite and track for all training sessions. Ensure BA / Generic Staff are sufficiently enrolled in trainings
Manage BA uniform requests and product allocation - in accordance with budget guidelines.
Manage allocated T&E budget and report all appropriate expenditures on-time, following corporate policy and procedures.
Arrange catering for each training program and ensure the appropriate gifts are in place for attendees.
Ensure BA adhere to the brand grooming guidelines and display a professional image.
Clearly communicates priorities and expectations with team.
Provides input in assessing performance of team members.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience or experience in beauty / luxury industry
Preferred candidate with prior experience in sales and training would be advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
Effective goal setting, planning, and communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Proficient skills in all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese is necessary, and command of another language is an advantage
