Form 5 or above, U grad pref
Work experience in same industry is much preferred.
Experience in the garment accessory, trims and packaging industry would also be advantageous.
Communication and organization skills are key to the role, and accordingly a high standard of written and spoken English is an essential requirement.
The Customer Service Representative will join a team of 14 staffs reporting to the Customer Service Manager dealing customers on a daily basis.
Need to work closely with oversea sales office, PD and production team, shipping and warehouse e.t.c. The main responsibilities are as follows : -
1. Manage and co-ordinate various client accounts, this includes handling customer orders, reviewing stock levels and also monitoring outstanding payments from customers.
2. Work closely with product development team when taking over new client accounts and may need to handle some small developments directly.
3. Communicating with oversea sales offices and / or direct with clients to ensure the smooth operation of accounts.
4. Working with internal production team to follow up the order status.
