You will join the Group Communications team to lead Group Corporate Communications in Asia (with a focus on North-Asia and Greater China in particular as well as Singapore) :

  • Working closely with the local business lines, expand the awareness of the Pictet brand in Asia with paid, owned and earned activities.
  • Represent Group Communications functions in Asia ensuring a strong link to the head office.
  • Your role

  • Develop and lead a strategic communications and branding plan for Asia in collaboration with the business lines and Group Communications experts.
  • Protect the brand and reputation by working with the media as appropriate, monitoring and managing social media and advising the business lines and corporate functions.
  • Work closely with the local leadership of the business lines to support their internal and external communications needs.
  • Keep local business lines and corporate functions informed of key Group Corporate Communications (GCC) initiatives and implement as appropriate.

    Keep GCC informed of major local initiatives and business developments.

  • Lead relationships with local media relations and brand building agencies.
  • Provide support and guidance to local business lines and corporate functions for corporate design, advertising, digital and social communications, corporate publications, corporate gifts and events.
  • Protect, support and enhance the corporate culture across the local business lines and corporate functions that will encourage management and employee engagement.
  • 1 / Hard skills

  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English, with good writing skills in these languages. Cantonese a plus.
  • Good understanding of and experience in the Greater China communications market (media contacts, social media skills)
  • At least basic understanding of financial services

  • 3 / Qualifications and experience

  • Completed university degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in corporate communications. More a plus.
