About the TeamThe global Life & Health Operations & Consulting Reinsurance team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven team member to shape, implement and manage initiatives to help L&H Products and Business Management to achieve their ambitious business goals.

About the RoleYou will work closely with leaders from L&H Products and Business Management to further develop the organization and their respective operating models.
To maximize impact, you will focus your efforts on one or two strategic engagements in the area of project management or change management.
