We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Data Products Manager .
Develop multiple data products for different customer or business areas.
Develop the concept to a minimum lovable products and test in a market with customer or business stakeholders.
Own the product lifecycle and the requirements for the products.
Ensure the products have a delivery plan and pull in relevant team members to deliver the required output.
Gather the requirements for the product with senior business stakeholders
Support the wider team with markets engagement to ensure the Hub is well understood in markets and is being fully utilized.
Amongst the senior team we will split responsibility to buddy up with a market
Ensure users are trained in the capability and own the plan and approach to do this
Ensure processes are documented for the capabilities and shared through best practice guides, video and other media
Proactively promote the capabilities across the wider team and Retail Banking and Wealth Management as a whole.
The role holder with be partnering with HDS or HOST, Group CDO teams design and deliver the cross functional delivery team to enable the platform capabilities
The role holder will be a key member of the Intelligence Hub Leadership Team

Regular review to identify key risks, issues and interdependencies. Determine and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure an equal and balanced focus is maintained on operating and regulatory risks and ensure the Virtual Management Team positively identifies and mitigates these in a manner that protects the Brand.
Ensure regular and positive engagement with key support functions such as Risk, Compliance and Human Resources to ensure alignment of policies and plans necessary to deliver a demanding transformation benefit target.
Implementation of Global Standards, Financial Crime Compliance and Risk considerations in an aligned manner within the context of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management strategy through operational practice and planned activity
Experience in digital environments preferred
Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning techniques and tooling
Product management experience in Digital based context preferred
Relevant experience of cloud based data platforms, data warehousing, and general data pipelines
Reasonable skills and experience of delivering and working with self-service analytics and reporting platforms such as Qlik, Tableau
Proven experience and background developing risk and control frameworks to effectively manage and mitigate risks associated with data
Demonstrated knowledge of data structure, data systems or tools and related software and data management policies and practices in a complex organizational environment
Proven record of effective leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, building teams and consensus, getting things done through others not directly under his or her supervision, and working ethically
Strong leadership skills, demonstrated strategic and critical thinking capacity
Proven experience leading large business initiatives, as well as leading a data delivery teams working in complex matrixed environments
Excellent strategic, analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to work on multiple, complex products and initiatives simultaneously
Technical undergraduate and MBA or other graduate degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good people and leadership skills. Ability to motivate people to achieve objectives.
Ability to navigate the political dynamics inherent in a large organization.
Ability to work with and persuade others through influence and negotiation.
