Sales Manager Open Trade Description Responsibilities To be the lead of the open trade business; plan and manage the annual budget;
To initiate and execute the annual sales strategy for General Trade channel; work closely with functional team e.g. sales and trade to drive business performance;
To set up and execute annual / quarterly incentive programs for distributors and wholesalers; To conduct regular business review and derive enhancement plan when necessary;
To explore and develop new businesses and be responsible for new products introduction; To ensure all business practices comply with policies and regulations of the government and the company.
Requirements Tertiary education preferably in business related discipline; 5 years’ solid experience in sales / trade marketing management;
experience in FMCG industry or food and beverage sector will be an advantage; Fluent Chinese and English; Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
