Manager, Performance Reporting and Quality Assurance


Assist with the preparation of strategic and operation plans

Research and analyze performance data from sales channels for strategic planning, including scenario analysis

Assist with annual budgeting, working with all EB team heads

Co-ordinate and prepare various performance / management information and dashboard reports

Assist with the monthly & quarterly forecasting processes for EB business

Review channel loading assumptions for expense overrun / underrun calculations and provide update to actuarial team as needed

Gather information for client expense ratio analysis

Assist with monthly expense and profitability analysis

Complete ad hoc analysis as needed to drive the business decision-making process


  • University degree with over 8 years work experience and strong track record of driving customer growth strategies in financial services, management consulting or related industry, at least 5 years of which in a strategic role in Employee Benefit and Business Development.
  • Strong background in Insurance product and / or distribution channels would be preferred.
  • Highly effective in influencing and motivating stakeholders across a variety of disciplines to drive the right commercial outcomes
  • Demonstrated impeccable judgement based on data analysis and insights to identify trends, tell compelling stories and drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and to translate ambiguous concepts into action plans.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills on both Chinese and English
