Regional Communications Manager M / F
Responsibilities
Define the Asia Pacific regional communication strategy and plan in collaboration within Egis Group Communication Department.
Ensure the Communication Plan deployment in respecting the group’s chart & guideline.
Working on expanding the Egis brand within the region, especially for integration of new companies and strategic markets.
Define positioning & messaging and ensure visibility of the region in line with Egis group guideline.
Position Egis in the Asia Pacific Region as leader in the industry and a strong actor for each country market and BL within the region.
Assess / Investigate the market to understand customers' needs and implement the relevant marketing and communication actions.
Coordinate, enhance and optimize communication actions at BL level.
Ensure the internal communication within the region and with Egis Group.
Develop employees' sense of belonging to Egis.
Contribute to and deploy the Group's communication campaigns.
Within the scope of the core mission and responsibilities of the position, the Director of Marketing & Communications serves as :
A bridge between the Group Communication leadership and the region to implement Egis’ global brand and communication activities with consistency and local adaptation.
A right hand of the Asia Pacific CEO to deliver regional marketing and communication priorities, executive messaging and activities that represent the voice of the regional leadership group.
A central coordinator of the marketing and communication support network amongst the key countries and entities in the region to ensure the power of one single Egis brand as it reflects in effective investment in related internal and external activities.
A peer in the global Communication Network to promote best practices, experience and learning in marketing and communication across Egis’ Headquarters, global markets and business lines.
Specifically, the responsibilities include :
External communication actions
Manage the Asia Pacific part of the Egis website and the visibility on local social media networks.
Copywrite press releases, and develop press relations within the region.
Create brand and business communication documents aligning with priorities of corporate initiatives and business development.
Develop industry and business relationships critical to the brand strength of Egis in local markets, and coordinate attendance at regional events.
Internal communication actions
Work closely with the CEO of the region to drive internal executive messages for the region.
Implement the region’s own internal newsletters and internal communication events, while contributing to the global internal communication platforms, such as Egis Weekly and others.
Facilitates internal understanding and ownership of the region and Group strategy.
Manage the Asia Pacific Community.
Profile
Preferably degree qualified in relevant discipline.
Proven background in communications management within an international brand.
Strong English language.
Previous experience working with stakeholders in various APAC countries preferred but not essential.
