Job Description :
Responsible for identifying, designing, and driving business specific training or firm wide learning and development initiatives such as analytical training and development, service excellence training, coaching of new leaders, team cohesion and performance management.
Develops and strengthens current and future leaders' skills, competencies, and behaviors necessary to achieve the firm's global growth objectives.
Provides appropriate training to maintain business expertise and regulatory compliance.
