Learning Partner Title : Learning & Development Associate Director

Location : APAC

Grade / Title : 12, Associate Director

Job Description :

Responsible for identifying, designing, and driving business specific training or firm wide learning and development initiatives such as analytical training and development, service excellence training, coaching of new leaders, team cohesion and performance management.

Develops and strengthens current and future leaders' skills, competencies, and behaviors necessary to achieve the firm's global growth objectives.

Provides appropriate training to maintain business expertise and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities and expectations :

A successful Learning Partner :

Designs, develops, coordinates, and delivers learning and talent development programs

Facilities and manages learning and talent development programs

Develops and tracks data and feedback on programs and measures their effectiveness

Ensures that training programs are effective across multiple geographies and cultures.

Manages Analyst Graduates program' onboarding and training

What we are looking for

We are looking for an individual demonstrating the following characteristics :

Functional and Business Knowledge

Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning program development and implementation.

Demonstrated knowledge of talent development needs of credit rating industry and financial services.

Ability to liaise with senior leaders as well as external resources to anticipate business needs and trends.

May have a strong knowledge of psychometrics and statistics.

Problem Solving

Able to influence views, processes, and behaviors across all areas of the business globally.

Interactions

Interacts with senior leaders, external peers and vendors and internal stakeholders.

Contributes to the Ratings' learning and development program globally

Qualifications

Advanced degree with knowledge of design in learning and development program, course curriculum

7 years of experience in financial services sector with knowledge of credit ratings and financial services

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong project management skills and relationship management skills

Personal skills : team player, proven coaching and mentoring skills, strong time management, planning / organization, and communication skills.
