POSITION SUMMARY :

Participate in large-scale, systems implementation projects by acting as a liaison between the business and IT groups. Support activities including new system development, existing system enhancement, process flow design documentation, and review presentation materials.

This role focuses primarily in manage and support Asia’s ECOM and CRM initiative projects

  • The main responsibilities of this role are project coordination and; follow up on deliverables and vendor communication;
  • author project documentation and, perform technical support of aforementioned systems. The incumbent must be flexible to supporting different business groups, systems, and projects.

    The Analyst will also assist with initiatives or projects directed by the Director of Omnichannel Asia.

    The incumbent will require possessing excellent communication skills, collaborative work style, respect for different cultures and styles, preference for fast paced work environment, and ability to work with virtual teams on a global level in a matrixed organization.

    As PVH is a global organization, some of the meetings with Corporate will happen during off hours. Flexibility to travel is required, including internationally.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Analyze and translate business processes into requirements and solutions. Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of ECOM and CRM in retail business
  • Develop tools and functional design documentation to support implementation based on established requirements.
  • Contribute to business requirement documentations
  • Evaluate new IT developments and business requirements in order to recommend appropriate alternatives and / or enhancements to current processes or systems.
  • Understand the functional and technical details of ECOM and CRM systems; design and support implementation of solutions based on business requirements.
  • Work with vendors on API specifications and involve in integration discussion and definition.
  • Review system and technical design documents with solution architects, located globally. Ensure functional and business requirements are met and perform cross-functional inspection for processes and systems incompatibility.
  • Monitor project deliverables with internal business partners and vendors to ensure issues are taken care of and timeline is met
  • Lead creation of testing scripts for team members to follow during testing of fixes and enhancements.
  • Produce materials and guidelines for Business team training as well as documentation supporting software development life cycle.
  • Support Business team during UAT.

  • Responsible for overall project management and adhere to project management methodologies as defined by the Project Management Office (PMO), to effectively execute IT projects and activities.
  • REQUIREMENT :

  • Degree holder in Information Systems, business or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an IT organization with 5 years in a capacity of business analysis / consulting role in large scale ECOM / CRM projects
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination
  • Knowledge and experience in managing projects or workstreams
  • Knowledge of eCommerce domain and processes process (experience of market-leading platforms, e.g. DemandWare, WebSphere, Magento, etc.
  • would be an advantage)

  • Knowledge of CRM domain and processes (with proven track records of participating or leading CRM implementations)
  • Knowledge of system integration by using WebServices or API
  • Knowledge and experience in customer database, customer loyalty and data schema design
  • Knowledge of Retail and OmniChannel processes would be an advantage
  • Functional knowledge of MS Project and other Project Management tools.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehends written and verbal communications, and possesses excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven team player with the ability to inspire, lead, train, motivate and collaborate with business and IT professionals throughout the Asia region
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin (added advantage).
