Assistant Manager, Agency Business Development (Macau)
  • Perform as business consultant to develop business partnership with agency leaders to gain greater influence on their business planning
  • Perform regular performance review with leaders and managers (and individual producer if necessary) to drive business objectives
  • Be the focal point between the Company and the agency, and be able to play the role as Company advocate and balance the interest of both parties
  • Maximize the growth and development of agency thru active engagement in agency planning, team activities and on-going development initiatives
  • Ensure individual agency has an effective management system in place to achieve business objectives and performance
  • Provide support on training and business development strategies to cope with Company’s objectives
  • Drive, support and ensure implementation of necessary action plans for agency to achieve continuous improvement on productivity, new agent recruitment, and overall agency development
  • Motivate and train agency members through agency meeting, conference, training, seminar and individual 1 : 1 session
  • Measure and evaluate the progress in achieving business objectives
  • At least 3-5 years’ field management experience in financial services industry preferred
  • Have track record in driving / delivering business growth
  • University graduate in business or marketing preferred; FLMI preferable
  • Proficient in PC skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Can work under pressure, result orientated and willing to take challenge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
