Description :

The Candidate will be based in Hong Kong and is responsible for managing Trade transactions and related Payments activities for Hong Kong :

  • Manages day-to-day operations involving products like LC, Import / Export documents handling and Trade finance loans.
  • Manages the daily transactional workflow within the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete the daily tasks.
  • Serves as first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues.

  • Knowledge of UCP, URR, ISBP and trade related certification preferred.
  • Require good experience and background on LC document handling and related activities.
  • Identifies, investigates and resolves problems related to operational activities. Work closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporate any necessary risk mitigations.
  • Have good orientation towards Operations controls and risk mitigation in accordance to company standards and market guidelines.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities & influence stakeholders to bring changes in the process. Participate / Lead Project works and Initiatives - Adhoc projects and Continuous process improvement workflows / Queries management
  • Ensure all company procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Qualifications :

  • Associates degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant Trade Finance and / or management experience preferred.
  • A good team player who can collaborate with the team members and ensure seamless ops delivery within given challenges.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure. Strong analytical and problem solving skills on transactions and system processing.
