We are currently seeking a highcaliber professional to join our team as SeniorProcess Advisor, Global Cards and Loans Business Services, Operations .

Principal responsibilities

To support the development and implementation of the Business Service Operating Model

To lead or support key programmes and initiatives, ensuring their delivery to stakeholder requirements.

To ensure Global Operations responsibilities within major programmes is understood and lead implementation where appropriate.

To provide technical and subject matter expertise and support implementation of global best practice.

Build strong relationships across Global Operations teams, Support Functions and Key Stakeholders to deliver projects and deliverables to stakeholder requirements.

Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of escalated issues and effective communications.

To act as a contact point to provide guidance on the operational standards within the Business Service and provide recommendations to support development and deployment of global best practice.

Lead and influence key stakeholders, without a formal reporting relationship.

Manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders at various levels in the organization and get necessary decisions taken within desired timelines.

Facilitate best practice sharing and adapts tools and standards for cross Business Service use.

Promote initiatives and successes in the Business Service through customer focused and timely communications.

Maintain effective project management processes through a governance model which is well defined and maintained for each of the key initiatives.

Ensure that the Business Service related risk components are built into all future designs and processes

Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy

To implement the Group Compliance Policy by maintaining compliance risk in conjunction with the relevant Compliance Department


Track record of Operational experience

Sound understanding of Business Service and domain

Strong relationship management and programme, change and project management skills

Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group and to articulate complex issues concisely

Proven abilities in working across cultures and in a complex global environment

Excellent planning, organizing and commercial skills including financial management capabilities
