As a member of the Organisation and Talent Development team, the incumbent will play a key role in designing and implementing organisational change initiatives and development processes as well as managing a portfolio of organisational change programmes and projects in Hong Kong and mainland China.

She / he will need to identify opportunities for, and potential barriers to, change, and design both the people and process solutions required for successful outcomes.

  • Organisation structure and development to help our business identify opportunities to streamline work processes and restructure teams for most effective deployment
  • Roles and responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to formulate change initiatives to meet the Firm’s people strategy
  • Build lasting internal client relationships and provide solution based advice on behavioural change management, talent development and performance management
  • Take a significant role to support the development of a strong People experience
  • Be known as the subject matter expert for change - passionate about your areas of expertise, whilst managing your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out development opportunities
  • Coach team members to ensure excellent client delivery whilst also enabling their career development
  • Experience and background

  • University degree, preferably in Business Management or other related disciplines, Masters level education is highly desirable
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in managing and leading change in a large organisation, preferably in MNCs
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills in order to provide advice to business leaders and deliver effective solutions
  • Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
  • A good track record of designing, delivering and shaping projects involving process and people change, preferably from working for a major advisory business, consultancy or corporate
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with good organisational and problem solving skills
  • Evidence of managing multiple tasks, priorities, delegating and managing a team
  • Well-versed in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
