Accounts Payable Clerk - Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for firm's expenses claim process;
  • Assist to drive process improvement on approval of daily accounting entries and provide guidance on expenses analysis for management approval;
  • Establish appropriate operating expenses approval procedure which in line with compliance;
  • Assist to Improve the effectiveness of internal control systems and accounting information systems;
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments and external parties;
  • Develop team spirit and advising daily accounting operations.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a leading financial institutions;
  • Proficient in Word and Excel;
  • Good problem solving and negotiating skills;
  • Good administrative skills;
  • Fluent in Putonghua and English;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good verbal and written skills.
