Provide 1st level of phone support (during office & non-office hours) and deskside support services to internal business units and users.
Assist in our security administration activities including but not limited to user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention, and networking maintenance.
Assist in deploying IT system / application projects.
General IT operations experience including but not limited to Workstation and Server Maintenance, Routine Backup and Restoration, and Helpdesk Services will be an advantage.
Provide other IT-related support as required by the business.
Languages : Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is a mandatory requirement

Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on IT experience in a fast-paced working environment.
MS SQL Server 2008R2, MySQL, and Python experience.
Experience with design, development, and implementation of API / REST services.
Experience with Linux Operating Systems.
Knowledge of current transformation technologies such as XML and JSON is an advantage.
Knowledge of computer hardware, enterprise servers, network, or mobile devices, is an advantage.
A diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines is an advantage.
