Job summary

This position will be under the Employee Referral Program.

Department : Administration


  • Monitor and verifies expenses payable entries to ensure that they are accounted for properly
  • Manage all admin related expenses accounts and ensure recharging invoices are timely issued and followed up
  • Cost and payment monitoring on real estate projects and furniture amortization in accounting books
  • Budget & Forecast preparation and consolidation
  • Supervise expense settlement clerk
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Check and verify payment via Concur System and OPTIM payment system
  • Ensure payments are supported with proper documentation and approval; invoice information are correctly input into Concur System
  • Concur reports (PRAE & SAE files) checking and uploading
  • Co-ordinate with ISAP and Concur on operation and system issues
  • Assist in payment related system’s enhancement and upgrade projects
  • Managing general expenses payment and accounting posting of security entity (CASAL) accounting books
  • Real estate budget and forecast preparation and monitoring
  • Assist in annual budget forecast preparation and periodic monitoring of budgeted expenses under Admin’s supervision
  • Validate daily and monthly reports for sensitive accounts, fixed assets, prepayment, accrual, suspense receivable & payable accounts etc.
  • under Admin’s ownership

  • Manage recharging invoices of entities and overseas branches.
  • Monitor Fixed Assets and depreciation operations and ensure records are updated.
  • Liaise with respective department and Finance Dept for payment processing and accounting bookings.
  • Monitor payment and repayment of expatriates’ expenses
  • Monitor and update suspense accounts, follow up with aging outstanding accounts
  • Assist ad-hoc duties as required

    Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

  • Bachelor degree
  • Level of minimal experience


  • Experience and knowledge at Finance and Accounting as well as budget monitoring
