Our client, a Japanese electronics company, is now looking for the below talent to fill their team :

Job Description

  • Perform general clerical duties, data entries, general office affairs, with shipping experience will be first priority
  • Coordinate shipping arrangement with forwarder and customers
  • Prepare and handle full set shipping documents such as bill of ladings, invoices, packing list, bank documents and application of Certificate of Origin
  • Responsible for custom declaration through Tradelink System
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in handling shipping documents is preferred
  • Well organized and good team player
  • Vivid & pleasant personality with good communication skills and phone manner
  • Detailed minded and able to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in use of MS office software, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English & Mandarin & Cantonese

  • Working Hours : Mon Fri 8 : 45 17 : 15
