Report to the Head of Human Resources.
Work in conjunction with the Head of HR and other stakeholders to develop a holistic and integrated training and development strategy to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline to support business growth.
Be a partner with divisional managers and HR in the effective implementation of the various Talent Development Programs with customized and systematic approach.
Advise divisional managers on learning and development needs identification and analysis, curriculum design and implementation of learning effectiveness measuring system.
Identify, select and manage external training vendors in order to deliver quality and effective training solutions.
Continuous review and improvement of training materials and methodologies.
Review and evaluate the existing talent development programmes / training policies to stay close to market’s best practices.
Manage and oversee the development of the training team and its service delivery.
A bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proven record in design, delivery and evaluation of training and development interventions in large-sized organisations.
Sound knowledge of people development tools and methodologies.
Experience in developing and managing structured talent development programs and training enrolment / administration automation project.
Positive, proactive and with a people-oriented personality.
A good team player with excellent presentation and coaching skills.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
