We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager, Core Business to join our team in Hong Kong. Our Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships.

As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow.

Our account managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments.

  • What you will be doing

  • Drive growth with your Restaurant Partners : - you’ll have ownership over a portfolio of restaurants and will collaborate with them to help them grow.
  • You’ll do this by identifying growth opportunities through proactive performance analysis and improvement projects.

  • You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive change and devise solutions to ensure accounts continue to grow by proactively problem solving.
  • Marketing : - you’ll manage marketing and promotions planning for your restaurant partners as they join and scale on the platform.
  • You’ll Keep on top of timelines and collaborate cross-functionally with our Account Management and Core Marketing teams to run campaigns to enable us to hit growth targetshit targets as we scale.

  • Build our consumer value proposition : develop and build processes that allow our restaurant grocery partners to succeed on the platform by developing an attractive value proposition for customers, including selection, promotions, pricing and service levels.
  • Stakeholder management : you’ll - manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most strategically important restaurant partners, including high sales volume drivers and global brands, and ensure that our internal stakeholders are supporting where appropriate.
  • Who you are

  • You’ll have 4+ years experience in an Account Management or Commercial / B2B2C role
  • You can spot trends and patterns : you’ll be able to cut through the noise, get deep into data and understand the data points that drive performance improvements for our restaurant partners.
  • Partner-Focused : you’ll - be obsessed with our restaurant partners, with able to get into the trenches with them to learn their business and understand their goals and challenges.
  • You will be their voice at Deliveroo and champion change from the inside to improve their partner experience with us..

  • You’ll bring your ideas to the table : you will share strategies to drive growth of our joint business with our partners, with a willingness to trial at pace.
  • You’re an aadaptable fixer : - enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable with the ability to remove barriers and bottlenecks via facilitation, creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Know when you have enough insight to make-a-call and apply the 80 / 20 rule.

  • Cross-Functional Team Player - a collaborative team player who is able to get the best out of the people around you. Able to work effectively at all levels of Deliveroo and deliver success with and through others.
