Job purpose and overall objective

This role involves working closely with the Directors and other team members as primary contact for client services in our corporate services team.

Able to communicate with clients directly on all client issues and resolve issues independently. Developing the relationship with clients, understanding their personal and corporate objectives and working with technical specialists to propose solutions to help them to navigate the legal, fiscal and practical business environment in Asia.

Liaising with clients on administrative matters such as invoicing and collection, coordinating with external professional such as auditors, bankers and other intermediaries.

Responsible in operating the client’s bank accounts by being an authorised signor or bank token use. Responsibilities will also include supervising subordinates and review their work to ensure the accuracy of client deliverables.

Are you the person for this role?

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a similar role within the CSP industry and excellent technical knowledge.

It would be desirable if a relevant industry qualification is held in Accounting or Legal studies. Being able to demonstrate knowledge of a variety of tax compliance and tax structuring would be advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Previous knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous but not essential for this role as full training will be given.
