We are now looking for a Technical Manager / Facilities Engineer to join our team. The Technical Manager is expected to lead a team of Technical and Facilities staff to oversee all the operation of our managing building portfolio, including :

  • Manage the daily operations of the buildings including but not limited to maintenance works, technical and sustainability issues;
  • Develop quality management strategies, maintain safe, reliable and efficient system of building services and facilities in the assigned portfolio;
  • Plan and monitor major improvement and asset enhancement works;
  • Conduct periodic review, update maintenance procedures and systems to ensure service quality and work standard;
  • Compile and manage related budgets and controls;
  • Act as a motivating driver for all technician staff to strive for continuous improvement and excellence;
  • Provide consultancy services to our client;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Studies, Facilities Management or related disciplines;
  • Professional Qualification of MHKIS / MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent is preferred;
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 5 years at managerial level in leading property management company;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Government Regulations;
  • Well organized, good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills;
  • Good team player, able to motivate and lead the team;
  • Proactive, innovative, committed and adaptable to change;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
