We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Operations Support Officer.
Provide first desk support to HSBC Broking Services including software, desktops, laptops and network problems
Prepare and configure desktop or laptop to various departments
Be a system profile administrator and network shared drive administrator within HSBC Broking Services.
Be an administrator to update and maintain HSBC Broking Services internal web sites
Assist manager and able to arrange with various departments to retrieve relevant data, adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices
Propose and develop technical solutions to automate repetitive tasks using computing scripts to streamline labour intensive tasks
Assist manager to perform tasks such as front and back office system testing for project implementation
Assist manager to prepare materials for training and reporting
Manage procurement and market data invoices and reporting
Non Degree Tertiary or above qualification with experience in operations and desk support
Solid experience and excellent knowledge in Microsoft Operating System to manage massive customer data
Basic PC knowledge. Knowledge in HTML, macro and computer scripting language is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
