Develop acquisition strategies to grow credit card portfolio
Work closely with digital and technology teams to plan and design online marketing campaigns and acquisition platform
Work closely with direct sales team and business partners to promote credit card to target customers
Strong project management skills by organizing with internal and external parties to ensure the new initiatives or project run smoothly and effectively
Track, analyze and report the acquisition performance
Manage the department A&P budget
University graduate with at least 8-10 years or above solid credit card marketing experience, esp. e-commerce fields
Possess strong business and marketing sense with excellent communication skills
Work independently and able to handle multiple projects
Creative, highly organized, good team player and with strong initiatives
Hardworking and a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as a Team under compressed timeline
Excellent analytical skills with customer centricity mindset
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
