Your field of responsibility

This position is a hands-on Dev-ops role for the Equities Trading Systems (ETS) team based in Hong Kong. Our team develops front office electronic trading systems focused on principal trading activities.

Activities supported range from high frequency / low latency to manual trading. This position will be focused on systems integration, monitoring, automation and provide sufficient knowledge and tooling to support teams.

Candidate is expected to work closely with business and development teams in HK, SG and London in delivering solutions.

In order to succeed in this role candidate needs to have extensive experience with electronic trading business on similar capacity,

Role Responsibility :

  • Build and maintain infrastructure for Integration, Release management, Monitoring and Automation
  • Build strong working relationships with the teams in London, SG and Pune
  • Be willing and able to adapt to changes in priorities
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies to deliver added business value
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality

    Required Skills :

  • Proficient in Linux environment
  • Proficient in Scripting
  • Good understanding of data base management systems
  • Understanding of Electronic Trading Systems
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills in a high-pressure environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and an ability to convey ideas and concepts with clarity
  • Experience with Middleware / Messaging solutions is a plus
