Handle daily incoming premium collection, conduct reconciliation and maintain accurate payment records of transactions
Provide administrative supports to the Customer Payment team
Handle payment related enquiries and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
Liaise closely with other functional teams to deliver quality and excellent customer payment services
Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required
Qualification & Experience
Diploma holder or above in any discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Insurance and Financial Industry
Responsible, logical, accuracy and attentive to details
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Customer-oriented, flexible and able to work independently
