Handle daily incoming premium collection with service vendors’ coordination
Conduct reconciliation and maintain accurate payment records of transactions
Handle payment related enquiries and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
Provide administrative supports to the Customer Payment team
Conduct regular AML checking
Liaise closely with other functional teams (e.g. Finance, Policy Admin., CS) to deliver quality and excellent customer payment services
Assist the manager to streamline payment process to improve efficiency
Diploma holder or above in any discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Insurance and Financial Industry
Responsible, logical, accuracy and attentive to details
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Customer-oriented, flexible and able to work independently
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
