  • Handle daily incoming premium collection with service vendors’ coordination
  • Conduct reconciliation and maintain accurate payment records of transactions
  • Handle payment related enquiries and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative supports to the Customer Payment team
  • Conduct regular AML checking
  • Liaise closely with other functional teams (e.g. Finance, Policy Admin., CS) to deliver quality and excellent customer payment services
  • Assist the manager to streamline payment process to improve efficiency
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Insurance and Financial Industry
  • Responsible, logical, accuracy and attentive to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented, flexible and able to work independently
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
