We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as PayMe Senior Business Analysis Manager .
Work with Product Owners to benchmark the quality of requirements output across Business Analysis discipline and multiple product lines
Understand the PayMe business model, direction and strategy. Capture the business process, use cases and workflow underneath with the support and guidance from Product and Delivery
Manage major stakeholder relationships to optimize the operating rhythm for the requirements work for product as a whole
Perform Senior Business Analyst duties by compiling user stories and requirements via in depth analysis, including workflow, data, platform features and external specification analysis while analyzing opportunities for business process improvements
Articulate the functional needs, gaps and issues in a bigger picture as well as the granular details that enable an informed decision making on the way forward
Lead, develop and motivate a team of Business Analysts to undertake requirements activity, working with stakeholders to balance convergence with Hong Kong'
s regulatory and competitive environment
Development of Subject Matter Expertise, from technology and Business Analysis disciplines perspectives within the operation to support the PayMe Digital Product Owners and related stakeholders
Progress reporting into the Release and Delivery and governance of requirements activity
Work closely with sales, growth, marketing and customer support teams to understand customer and user requirements
Work closely with engineering teams to understand and facilitate technical requirements
Extensive experience in business analysis, with a track record of bringing products to market
Deep technical knowledge and understanding of product development lifecycles with an emphasis on the payments and Fintech industries
Deep understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practices
Proficient in best practices for user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of User Experience and User Interface systems, principles and design trends across web, mobile and service design
An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for product, technical and design decisions
