What’s the role about?

  • Responsible for Fossil Group’s social media activities in APAC, delivering social first thinking into everything we do
  • Partner with internal & agency teams to execute integrated social activities
  • Work closely with Global (US) and Regional (APAC) brand teams to understand the essence of brand and direction
  • Develop a regional social content strategy and roll out to the APAC markets
  • Adapt or create localized social content appropriate for APAC social platforms as well as secondary usage on other digital channels
  • Assist in the management of the our brands pages / accounts on different social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Kakao, Tiktok, Weibo & WeChat
  • Deliver a monthly social cadence to the markets and ensure the local teams follow the cadence
  • Manage Paid Social advertising with agencies
  • Manage a Regional Influencer database, recruit the right KOLs and build partnership for long term success
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Generate reports on social media marketing campaigns and provide insights for future planning
  • What we are looking for :

  • Degree holder with major in Digital Marketing, PR , English, Communications, Translation, Journalism or related discipline
  • Ideally 5+ years’ work experience with social media channels and working on creative and innovative social media campaigns
  • Experience in managing relationships with external and internal agencies / design teams and running influencers campaigns is highly preferable
  • Experience in using social media analytics tools with a strong understanding of basic math and copywriting in English in digital platforms and Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) is a plus
  • At the cutting edge of social trends and culture, knowing how to credibly and sensitively harness them while maintaining brand safety and values
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Creative and open-minded with marketing sense
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must; Chinese (Traditional and / or Simplified) and / or a third Asian Language is an advantage
  • Candidates with less years of experience but proven record will also be considered
