Manulife Emplpoyee Benefits Customer Relationship team is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Relationship Manager, who is obsessed with delivering value, high integrity and customer-centric.

The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver "Best-in-Class" services to Provident Fund customers and various distribution channels.

Aiming at contributing to business retention and enhancing marketing position to achieve company's objectives.

We are looking for someone with :

Solid Customer Service experience

Experience in financial product or MPF, and wealth management products

Good interpersonal skills, excellent service attitude to follow through on commitments to customers

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Mature and pleasant personality

Nice to Haves :

Junior team members coaching and leadership exposure

On the job you will :

Maintain good relationship with clients via client visit, phone or email with tactful customer service skills and in a professional manner

Work closely with their designated customers, provide regular update on regulatory changes and Manulife latest promotion, arranging Employer and Employee review meetings.

Strengthening customer engagement by the new way of working, to work with other teams in identifying the employer painpoints and deliver solutions, to promote digital, to formulate the strategy to penetrate into member level (our eMPF strategies) to create more opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and to improve the employer retention rate.
