See job description for details Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry.
Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Partner with DBS Group and local partners in consolidating key messages and stimulating events, to be shared with DBS Hong Kong employees.
Devise internal communications strategy to foster staff engagement and drive a collaborative work environment.
Creating locally relevant and engaging internal content including organizational emails and talking points.
Manage various channels of communication, including intranet, newsletter, social media, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees depending on the nature and context of the communications.
Organize key employee and leadership events in Hong Kong, including quarterly townhalls, annual dinner, management budget and strategy conferences and webinars.
Ability to use data to drive decisions and track progress
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends.
Help with any administrative tasks, and external and internal duties as and when needed.
Strong writing skills (both in Chinese and English) and proven ability to develop high quality content
Strong project management and organisational skills with an ability to define clear goals, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects against tight deadlines
High level of independence, agile and detailed-oriented
University degree holder in related disciplines
Proven working experience in communications (candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Vice President)
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
