IT Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for working in our Customer Services Centre (located in our Head Office premises) to answer incoming phone calls and provide general technical support mainly over the phone for our prestigious clients.
  • Qualifications :

  • Higher Diploma or Tertiary education in IT related areas
  • Working Experience :

  • Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage
  • Able to handle IT-related complaints and resolve technical problems over the phone
  • Others :

  • Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner, and service attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • 5-day working week with possible shift duty
