Job Responsibilities :
Coordinate Recruitment Activities from job posting, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement to offering;
Coordinate Onboarding, Internal Movement and Offboarding logistics e.g. Prepare Letters, Forms, Data-Entry and Filing;
Maintain a systematic system for Employee Records including scanning for e-Filing and documents storage;
Update Staff Movement in the HR record, HR System and prepare relevant reports;
Assist in data verification and records checking to ensure data accuracy in Workday (HRIS);
Provide support in the Employee Relations function and promote corporate values;
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements :
Educated to Post-secondary or above, with relevant Diploma / Degree is a definite asset;
At least 1 year HR experience (Fresh Graduate with major in HR is welcome)
Professional in handling Personal Data and HR matters;
A well organized and meticulous individual, who is able to maintain documents and records in good order;
A passionate learner with high integrity and sense of responsibility;
Good communication skill in English & Chinese;
Proficiency in MS Applications including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
