  • Requirements

  • To lead and manage the general administrative function in the company
  • Oversee office administration, office procurement, office renovation, office support and delivery services
  • Manage the Business Continuity Planning process of the company
  • Ensure proper internal procedures and operation manual in related areas
  • University graduate / Post-secondary graduate with minimum 7 years office administration experience in sizable organization with at least 3 years in supervisory level
  • Good people management skills
