We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager, Insurance .
Formulate marketing plans for specific products and segments of HSBC Life and general insurance business, medical insurance or VHIS, travel insurance, home insurance to maximize brand presence, to expand market share and to drive business growth for both local Hong Kong market and NRC segments.
Being the major conduit to align HSBC Life and general insurance direction with HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management marketing functions including social, digital, and brand marketing.
Direct campaign development to ensure creative and media effectiveness that delivers business targets and brand metrics.
Guide the implementation of target segments analysis, competitive position and trends, to identify insights and recommendations for sustained business growth
Maintain high standard of marketing and communications, and ensure all activities adhere to the established marketing process and guidelines
Responsible for the management of marketing budget for specific products and segments and ensure effective deployment to enhance return on investment and in accordance with departmental guidelines.
Contribute to cultivate strategic marketing alliances with other Retail Banking and Wealth Management marketing teams to maximize opportunities to benefit business results
Work closely with advertising and media agencies to develop effective marketing strategies for specific products and segments
Work in close alignment and manage the working relationship with other functional supports in Retail Banking and Wealth Management in Hong Kong
Broad based business experience, ideally with extensive senior marketing experience in financial institution, direct experience in insurance marketing will be a plus.
A range of Marketing experience, with ability to make sound judgment of marketing plans
Proven ability to work on multi function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
Can work independently, both at a strategically and tactical level
