Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop long / short-term strategies to implement Premier Advisor Programme
  • Make forward-thinking recommendations to drive agencies in achieving Premier Advisor’s targets
  • Uplift productivity, enhance professionalism, and transform the agency with full-ranged business supports such as training, proposition, technology, digital and analytics tools
  • Develop a robust end-to-end process to maximise outcomes through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives and promotions
  • Diagnose challenges of Agency and identify opportunities for development
  • Work collaboratively with other business teams to shape the programme and ensure business requirements are transformed into project scope and plans
  • Build and execute result-oriented operational plans within timelines and budget
  • Ensure clear targets and effective performance management processes are established with close stakeholders’ collaboration
  • Provide regular result monitoring and pipeline tracking to ensure effective implementation of Ascend Agency Strategy
  • Minimum Job Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting or other professional services roles highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as manager or assistant manager level
  • Tertiary qualification in business or marketing preferred
  • Experience in HK market and understanding MCV culture highly desirable
  • Significant insurance and / or financial services industry experience; agency channel knowledge and exposure highly preferred
  • Ability to apply structured problem solving and conduct quantitative analysis to support datadriven management
  • Display strong empathy and an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal and external parties
  • Communication skills including but not limited to strong English written (e.g. Word reports, PPTs) as well as English / Chinese verbal communications
  • Strong self-drive and ownership; can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of comfort zone to solve problems
  • You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
