Team Administrator - Corporate Communications

Job Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate media activities and arrange internal and external meetings
  • Assist in preparation and publishing of media materials such as press releases
  • Manage the media team’s task schedules
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Media Relations, and other support tasks as required
  • Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative support roles at well-established organisations
  • Able to think critically and work well in a dynamic team environment Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well versed in MS word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software is also essential
